The new puppy that you are purchasing is guaranteed healthy and free of communicable diseases at the time you take possession and for a period of 48 hours thereafter. Your puppy should be kept away from other dogs until it has received its last set of puppy shots. If the puppy has been exposed to other dogs before the final set of puppy shots has been administered, this guarantee is void. If the puppy, within 48 hours after the buyer takes possession, is found by a licensed veterinarian to not be in good health (internal, external parasites excluded) you must notify me within 24 hours with a written statement from your licensed veterinarian. Failure to return a written report within 24 hours of exam voids this guarantee. The breeder then agrees to refund the purchase price upon return of the puppy (uninjured and unharmed) and registration papers to the breeder. A refund will be given only upon receipt of the report from a licensed veterinarian. The breeder has the right to take the puppy to a vet of her choice within 48 hours for a second opinion. The breeder is not responsible for any expenses incurred by purchaser.
Puppy is guaranteed for 48 hours from date and time of purchase against the infectious diseases parvo, corona, and distemper. Your puppy should be kept away from other dogs until it has received its last set of puppy shots. Failure to keep puppy away from other dogs until this final set of puppy shots has been administered voids this guarantee.
Your puppy has been on a de-worming and vaccination schedule when you receive it. It is very important that you provide this information to your veterinarian immediately. Worming and vaccinations, including yearly boosters, must continue on a regular basis.
The buyer agrees to take good care of the puppy and provide adequate food, water, housing, and medical care. The buyer agrees to follow the breeder’s recommendations regarding feeding, exercise, and general care.
Remember, puppies are babies also! They need plenty of love, rest, fresh water, quality puppy food, a warm and dry place to sleep, and exercise.
All of our puppies are sold as pets. No guarantee is made as to disposition, conformation, or breeding ability. Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies are NSDR registered.
We have given your puppy lots of love, care, and attention. He/she will need the same attention from you.
